About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SmallTalk Developer to join our team as a Centurion, responsible for leading software development projects and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise-scale systems in production environments
Implement object-oriented design principles and design patterns
Work with database design, persistent object stores, and performance tuning
Develop strong debugging, profiling, and system optimization skills
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex deliverables
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the team
