Job Description
About the Role
The successful candidate will represent a comprehensive range of agricultural equipment and precision farming solutions, working directly with farmers, packhouses, and agricultural co-operatives. The role focuses on helping customers improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct farm visits, product demonstrations, and customer follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agri dealers, and industry partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales leads
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer requirements
Requirements
- 35 years experience in agricultural, equipment, or technical sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good computer literacy (MS Office and CRM systems)
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
- Understanding of AgTech or precision farming systems (advantageous)
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field
