About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Private Concierge to join our ultra-luxury safari camp in Ceres, WC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and elevating our service standards to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class luxury hospitality to guests, ensuring their every need is met
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the concierge desk, including guest requests and queries
- Coordinate logistics, activities, and excursions to create unforgettable safari experiences
- Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers, partners, and stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or high-profile guest information
Requirements
- Strong luxury hospitality experience in senior guest-facing roles
- Proven background in concierge services, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for personalised service and creating memorable experiences for guests
Qualifications
- Formal education/certification in hospitality, tourism, or a related field (not specified)
