About the Role

We are seeking a General Manager (GM) couple to lead our 4-star timeshare resort in Drakensberg, South Africa. As part of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operational management of the estate, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Staff management and supervision
Property and facilities maintenance oversight
Operational planning and budgeting
Shareholder and Board liaison
Compliance and governance matters
Execution of projects of strategic relevance to the property
Oversight of guest services and hospitality operations across the property

Requirements

Strong leadership and management skills
Proven experience in managing a 4-star timeshare resort or similar establishment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with shareholders, Board members, and staff
Strong financial management and budgeting skills
Experience in marketing and promotion of hospitality services

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (not specified)

Salary & Benefits

R80-90k CTC + 3-bedroom house
