About the Role
We are seeking a highly efficient driver helper to support our company drivers with all deliveries, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading products by hand or using hand trucks
- Collecting all rejected products upon approval by customer service
- Ensuring the delivery vehicle is clean at all times
- Building and maintaining solid inter-departmental relationships for effective communication
- Following all company safety practices
- Effectively engaging with clients and customers to meet their expectations
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks
- Basic math skills for compiling accurate delivery records and reports
- Ability to report delivery-related problems to senior staff
