Job Description

Job Description – Candidate Quantity Surveyor Our Client are seeking Candidate Quantity Surveyors to join our team. No prior work experience is required; however, candidates must meet the academic and qualification criteria below.  Minimum Requirements: BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying – completed. A strong academic record with consistently good results. Willingness to learn, develop professionally, and work within a project-driven environment. Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work methodically. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Key Responsibilities: Assist senior quantity surveyors with measurements, cost estimates and tender documentation. Support with procurement processes, contractor evaluations and bill of quantities preparation. Conduct site visits and assist with progress reporting. Help maintain project cost control, valuations, and payment certificates. Perform administrative support tasks as required within the QS team.
