About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and guest-focused Reservationist to join our luxury all-inclusive safari lodge in Northern KwaZulu-Natal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing reservations, guest enquiries, and booking coordination while delivering an exceptional pre-arrival guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle all reservation enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings with accuracy and confidence
• Provide detailed lodge information and tailor recommendations to guests
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and availability
• Update reservation systems timeously and correctly
• Ensure all guest information is captured accurately
• Assist with daily reservation reports and administration
• Build strong relationships with guests and travel partners
• Handle special requests and ensure guest expectations are met
Requirements
Previous experience in reservations or front office hospitality role (essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with reservation systems advantageous
Sales-driven with a guest-centric approach
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work in a remote lodge environment
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Salary & Benefits
R11,000 per month (live-in position)
