Job Description
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled Civil Design Engineer with experience in Buildings and Townships Services for an exciting opportunity in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing civil engineering projects related to buildings and townships services. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the construction of civil engineering projects related to buildings and township services
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project coordination
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technicians
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in civil design engineering, specifically with buildings and township services
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
