MSc/PhD Chemistry/Analytical Sc/Food Sc; Microsoft; 5 plus yrs hands-on exp analytical tools/strong ability in GC-MS data interpretation/maintenance analytical instruments/GC/GC-MS/HPLC in food co. Must provide technical skills/support sensory/wholesome R&D/ troubleshoot/communicate internal functional groups/customers/operate instruments/develop/implement new methods/interpret data.Must maintain test samples/perform daily lab. duties/maintain analyt equipment/GC-FID/GC-MS/GC-MS-MS/balances/(non)routine tasks/sample analysis/data interpretation/reporting test results. Must train Lab staff/observe GLP/GMP/SHE requirements/oversee cataloguing/formulation/calibration/retention indices/ performance measurement/maintain detailed lab notebook/ project documentation/filing system for records. Develop/implement/maintain SPC/data quality objectives/ implement new technologies/support inter-departmental needs/ensure analytical SOPs are written/current/ troubleshooting of instrumentation/methodologies/data validation. Source/maintain lab. stock/maintain GC gas supply/cntl delivery schedule gas cylinders/maint gas generators/ evaluate/maintain support agreements with instrument/software vendors/perform equipment maintenance/method calibrations.
