The Client Success Principal role is a strategic executive-level position that requires shape executive-level client relationships, influence digital transformation outcomes, and help organisations unlock long-term business value. Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic account planning and long-term client growth initiatives
- Engage executive stakeholders to understand business priorities and transformation goals

- Demonstrated success leading commercially significant opportunities and proposals
- Experience shaping consulting engagements, transformation programmes, and strategic initiatives
