Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and maintain die-cutting machines according to production specifications.Ensure accurate registration, cutting pressure, and machine speed for each job.Check materials and dies before and during production to maintain product quality.Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances and Record production data, waste, and downtime accurately.Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly.Assist in training helpers or assistants on machine operations.Comply with all ISO procedures, health and safety regulations, and factory policies.Work collaboratively with production supervisors and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow.Required Abilities: Excellent technical understanding of die-cutting processes.High attention to detail and quality.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong teamworkReliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining production standards.Required Skills and Experience:Matric (Grade 12) essential.Minimum 3 years experience as a Die Cutter Machine Minder in a printing or packaging environment.Knowledge of different materials, dies, and cutting tolerances.Experience with machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Understanding of ISO procedures and health and safety standards advantageous.Own reliable transport essential.
