About the Role
As an Operations Supervisor at Primeserv Denverdraft, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clients’ sites, ensuring seamless recruitment processes, and maintaining accurate payroll records. You will also be involved in administrative tasks, disciplinary procedures, and dispute management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Onboarding staff as per operational requirements.
- Recruitment: Drafting and issuing employee contracts.
- Recruitment: Crim checks using Lexis Nexis.
- Recruitment: Arranging medicals.
- Recruitment: Arranging Inductions.
- Recruitment: PPE ordering and issuing.
- Recruitment: Loading new employees on clients’ systems (HSEC).
- Regular site meetings with employees and visits to site management.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (both are mandatory).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a T.E.S. environment.
- Strong administration skills.
- MS Office computer literate particularly Excel.
