Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Full accounting function up to trial balance
- Monthly management accounts and reporting
- Reconciliations (bank, creditors, debtors, and general ledger)
- VAT submissions and statutory compliance
- Fixed asset management and journal processing
- Cash flow management and forecasting
- Assisting with audits and year-end financial statements
- Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
Minimum Requirements:
- BCom Accounting or similar relevant qualification
- ±4 years’ experience in an accounting role
- Strong operational / transactional accounting experience
- Proven ability to manage the full function independently
- Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive mindset
