About the Role
Takora Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Fire Safety Engineer to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement fire safety systems and protocols
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on fire safety matters
- Develop and maintain documentation and records related to fire safety
Requirements
- Bachelor of Technology Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist
- At least 10 years of post-registration experience in fire safety
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Software
- Willingness to relocate
