About the Role

We are seeking a serious HR career opportunity for a Labour Relations-focused role within our client’s liquor distribution company. This is a unique chance to build a long-term career in HR, with the potential to succeed our current HR Manager over the next 3-5 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with an operational workforce in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Develop and implement labour law knowledge and hands-on HR exposure
  • Provide solutions-driven support to the management team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve labour relations issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • HR degree (non-negotiable)
  • Strong SA labour law knowledge
  • CCMA experience (independent representation)
  • Own transport
  • Willingness to work 5.5 days a week and extended hours in peak season

Salary & Benefits

  • R20 000 – R28 000 per annum, inclusive of provident fund
