About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Durban, KZN. As a key member of our security sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through cold calling, direct sales, and building strong relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Active cold calling and direct sales through canvasing different areas in-person to prospective clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products to potential customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business.
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Informing customers of new product offerings.
  • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
  • Ensuring relevant managers are aware of changes within clients.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

Requirements

Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in security sales within the security sales/office automation sectors. Must have a Valid Driver’s Licence and own vehicle. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience with B2B sales, especially in enterprise or SME segments.
