About the Role
The Recruitment Pro is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our team in Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal. As a Senior site leader, you will be responsible for delivering on-time, high-quality, safe and profitable construction outcomes. You will drive planning, execution and commercial outcomes while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Full HSE leadership and legal compliance on site
- Total accountability for project quality and NCR management
- Develop, manage and recover short- and long-term programmes
- Control project costs, cashflow and profit optimisation
- Identify VOs, CIs, EOTs and commercial risks
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
- Maintain client satisfaction and repeat business
- Lead, mentor and performance-manage site teams
- Ensure compliance with company systems, QMS and SHEQ
Requirements
- Tertiary Degree or Diploma (Construction / Engineering)
- SACPCMP registration Construction Manager
- 5+ years technical construction experience
- 3+ years managerial/site leadership experience
- Strong commercial, contractual and programming capability
