Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fuel Station Supervisor to lead our busy service station in Brackenfell, Cape Gate. As a detail-oriented leader with a background in fuel, you will be responsible for ensuring every litre is accounted for, every shift is balanced, and every compliance form is filed correctly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration & Financial Control:
  • Daily reconciliation of fuel dips vs. sales (identifying and investigating variances immediately)
  • Shift reconciliation: balancing cash, card, and fleet card payments daily
  • Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations (HSE)
  • Operations & Staff Management:
  • Enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the forecourt and shop
  • Training staff on service excellence and safety protocols
  • Handling customer queries and resolving complaints professionally

Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential
  • Experience: Experience in Retail or within the fuel/petroleum industry
  • Skills: Strong computer literacy (Excel, POS systems), administration, stock control, staff supervision and customer service

Salary & Benefits

R10 000 per month. Plus KPI incentives
