Job Description

Technical Competencies and responsibilities

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in farm management.
  2. Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining farm machinery.
  3. Proven experience in successfully managing teams and supervising farm workers.
  4. Solid understanding of farming techniques, irrigation systems, and pest control methods.
  5. Native-level or Fluent in Afrikaans.

Behavioural Competencies:

  1. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  2. Attention to detail.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  5. A passion for sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation

NB – On-Site Housing for workdays only.
