Job Description

Role Purpose

We are seeking a mature, organised, and target-driven Office Administrator / Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative duties, manage customer relationships, resolve client issues professionally, and assist with driving sales growth.

Requirements

  • Matric (Tertiary qualification in Administration or Sales advantageous)
  • Target-driven with a passion for customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
  • Computer literate (MS Office, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Drivers license would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all office administration tasks efficiently
  • Assist in sales and client follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information and transactions
  • Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
  • Support the sales team with quotes, invoicing, and order processing
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients
  • Prepare reports and assist with marketing activities where required
