Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with relevant B. Degree / BTech qualification 5 years in a senior management role property industry preferred Excellent communication skills Cultural sensitivity and professional integrity Strong leadership; operational; and financial management skills The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Oversee properties, tenants, and business management processes within the region Operational & property management Oversee tenant processes to maximize rental income and minimize vacancies; manage tenant relationships; oversee lease processes; monitor property performance; oversee property maintenance plans Business & regional management manage regions performance; develop/implement marketing and advertising strategies; contribute to budget preparation; identify/manage new business opportunities Financial & risk management prepare/manage budgets; monitor expenditure; manage operational and financial risks Staff management lead/manage staff performance and work allocation; ensure compliance with HR, performance management and company procedures; oversee HR reporting Compliance & governance ensure policy compliance; ensure adherence to OHS regulations Salary: R60 000 R66 000 per month
