Job Description

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience with technology solutions, particularly in customer experience or accommodation industries recommended Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is advantageous Sales and sales management experience for creating strategies, closing deals, and achieving business goals Proven digital marketing expertise, including hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Must be comfortable setting up, monitoring, optimizing, and adjusting ad spend to maximize ROI Strong communication and customer service skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and address their needs Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret campaign performance data to inform strategy and budget allocation Ability to develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on products and solutions Proficiency in market research, strategic thinking, and data analysis to drive marketing initiatives Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maintaining long-term customer relationships Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid working environment, with occasional work-from-home permissions Valid drivers and own vehicle The client combines mindfulness and aspiration to create groundbreaking digital solutions that enhance how businesses connect with their customers. These enable businesses to capture real-time, in-person customer feedback, turning touchpoints into actionable insights for excellence. The system transforms accommodation booking with reverse actions, benefiting both travellers seeking cost-efficient stays and property owners maximizing occupancy. The company is committed to leveraging technology that prioritizes human connection and delivers purposeful, innovative solutions to help businesses thrive The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Drive customer acquisition, manage relationships, and promote products to targeted markets Identifying new business opportunities Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies Delivering product training and demonstrations Ensuring excellent customer service Track sales metrics and manage accounts Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize delivery and customer satisfaction This is a full-time hybrid role based in East London, with some flexibility for remote work Salary: R10 000 – R15 000 per month CTC – negotiable dependant on experience.
