About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a B-BBEE Senior Analyst to join their client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) compliance and reporting for the organization. You will play a key role in driving B-BBEE initiatives and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements while enhancing the company’s socio-economic impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive B-BBEE assessments and audits to ensure compliance with legislation and regulations
- Analyze and report on B-BBEE performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management
- Collaborate with various departments to implement B-BBEE strategies and initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and local communities
- Prepare and present detailed B-BBEE reports to both internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up to date with developments in B-BBEE legislation and best practices
- Support training and capacity-building initiatives related to B-BBEE compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B-BBEE analysis or similar roles
- In-depth knowledge of B-BBEE legislation, scoring, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field
