Job Summary
Main Duties/Key Results Areas:
- Print and complete clearing instructions and send back to Clearing Agents.
- Check draft entries and advise on approvals/queries.
- Request EDI documents from Clearing Agents.
- Request VOC’s where required.
- Print and sign release letters and send back to Clearing Agents.
- Upload documents on the Dashboard.
- Update Dashboard on clearance status where required.
- All and any other related tasks & duties as expected from the employer from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2 Years’ administrative or logistics related experience.
Soft Skills:
- Telephone etiquette.
- Email etiquette.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Resourcefulness.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong customer focus.
- Organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
