Job Title: Residential Agent

Location: PE

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Residential Agent to join a dynamic team of one of their top clients.

Requirements:

• Ability to consistently meet monthly sales goals

• Exceptional multitasking skills
• Excellent people skills
• Creativity and design flair
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Sound arithmetic skills
• Matric certificate
• Own transport and a valid drivers license

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in the building industry or similar
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

Responsibilities: 

• Use a showroom as your basecamp, but work independently to broker and close deals with professionals on large commercial projects.
• Represent a luxury brand, ensuring an excellent customer experience and maintaining brand integrity.
• Cold-call industry professionals to solicit business and build your own database.
• Spend a significant portion of time meeting with professionals onsite and at their offices.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets as a key responsibility.
• Occasionally assist in the showroom when needed.

Salary: negotiable.
