About the Role
Hire Resolve, a key logistics provider specializing in air, ocean, road, and rail freight, is seeking a Senior AI & Automation Specialist to design, implement, and support automated solutions that drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Power Platform, AI, and automation to enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Engineering: Build scalable Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps, Copilot Studio) using SOLID principles and structured error handling.
- AI Integration: Implement LLM-based capabilities, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows to enhance business processes.
- Technical Excellence: Develop custom connectors, manage REST API integrations, and ensure high-quality code using .NET/C# or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- R&D & Governance: Conduct PoCs for emerging technologies and ensure all solutions adhere to DLP policies, security standards, and environment guidelines.
- Operational Support: Monitor and troubleshoot deployed automations, performing root-cause analysis and long-term optimization.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior team members to improve troubleshooting and solution design.
Requirements
- Degree: BCom/BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Generally 5+ years in a technical automation or software development role (level to be confirmed via interview).
- Proven Track Record: Experience delivering and maintaining production-grade automation solutions.
- ALM Mastery: Familiarity with Power Platform ALM practices and environment strategies.
- Practical AI: Practical application of AI for document processing, summarization, or decision support.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Process Management is highly advantageous.
Technical Requirements
### Core Power Platform (Advanced)
- Power Automate: Complex orchestration, parent-child flows, and exception handling.
- Dataverse: Advanced data modeling, relationships, and security roles.
- Power Apps: Building functional Canvas and Model-driven applications.
- Copilot Studio: Creating conversational AI and business assistants.
### AI & Emerging Tech
- AI Implementation: Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and grounding/retrieval patterns.
- Advanced AI: Knowledge of MCP Servers, AI Orchestration, and Agentic AI.
- Responsible AI: Understanding of AI risks, safeguards, and ethical deployment.
### Development & Integration
- Programming: Proficiency in .NET/C# or JavaScript/TypeScript (clean code focus).
- Integrations: Deep understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and secure authentication.
- Azure & DevOps: Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and CI/CD via Azure DevOps.
