Attention to Detail : Ability to spot tiny blemishes, deep-seated dirt, and subtle swirl marks. Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with various cleaning chemicals, buffing pads, and pneumatic tools. Physical Stamina : Capability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive manual tasks for long periods. Customer Service : Strong interpersonal skills to communicate pricing, services, and care recommendations to clients
