About the Role
As a Hygiene Consultant in our Edenvale office, you will be responsible for promoting and selling commercial cleaning products and solutions to the hospitality industry, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer retention. You will work closely with clients to assess their hygiene practices, develop customized solutions, and provide training sessions to staff on proper chemical handling and hygiene protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of clients’ hygiene practices and chemical usage
- Develop customised hygiene solutions tailored to the client’s specific needs and challenges
- Provide training sessions to clients’ staff on proper chemical handling and hygiene protocols
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement and upselling opportunities
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements
- Matric (post-matric qualification in sales is advantageous)
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales/account management within commercial cleaning/hygiene solutions, preferably within hospitality
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
