About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as a Counter Sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support at the front counter of our manufacturing facility, ensuring a positive experience and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries, pricing, and availability
- Take orders over the counter and through phone calls, emails, and online platforms
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and package orders for pick-up or delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and provide support as needed
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and replenishing supplies as needed

- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and point-of-sale systems
