About the Role

Join EQ-Fin as an Administrative Assistant and kick start your career in Financial Services! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our dynamic financial advisory practice. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the practice and gain valuable exposure to the financial planning industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with client administration and onboarding processes
  • Preparing and organizing client documentation and files
  • Following up on outstanding information and keeping records up to date
  • Supporting application submissions and tracking progress
  • Coordinating appointments, confirmations, and reminders
  • Assisting with general office administration and team support

Requirements

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Qualifications
