About the Role
The Commercial Cattle Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily care, management, and operations of a large commercial cattle farm in Ermelo. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in commercial cattle farming, leadership, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Livestock Management: Oversee daily care, feeding, and management of cattle; monitor herd health and condition; coordinate veterinary care when required.
- Farm Operations Management: Plan and manage daily farm operations and activities; supervise pasture rotation and grazing management; ensure water systems, fencing, and infrastructure are maintained.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage farm workers and general labour staff; allocate daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently.

Qualifications
