About the Role

Provide administrative support to Attorneys and Candidate Attorneys, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Attorneys and Candidate Attorneys.
  • Ability to take and execute instructions within specified deadlines.
  • Drafting & paginating of legal documents.
  • Answering telephones and taking messages from clients.
  • Proper filing and organising of files and other legal documents.

Requirements

  • South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
  • Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
  • Matric.
  • Related tertiary qualifications (Legal Secretary N6 or Related National Diploma).
  • Computer literate (Full proficiency and ability to utilise and operate all suites of Microsoft Office).
  • Proficient typist.
  • Experience in admin work will be added as an advantage.
  • Must reside in or around Polokwane.
  • Fluent in English and Sepedi and other languages will be added as an advantage.
  • Meticulous and attention to details.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Driver’s licence will be added as an advantage.
