About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent to join our team in eThekwini, KwaZulu-Natal. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales of vacation ownership products within our fast-thinking company that delivers flexible and innovative holiday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating and closing own business (self-sourced deals are essential)

• Prospecting and developing new sales opportunities

• Conducting professional and structured sales presentations

• Identifying client needs and presenting tailored vacation solutions

• Handling objections effectively and closing deals

• Maintaining strong follow-up and client communication

• Building long-term customer relationships

• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets

• Maintaining accurate reporting and sales records

Requirements

Proven track record in sales and closing

Ability to generate own leads and business is mandatory

Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills

Excellent communication and presentation ability

Target-driven and self-motivated mindset

Experience in timeshare, travel, or hospitality advantageous

Formal sales training and/or business qualification preferred

Salary & Benefits

Competitive basic salary: R 14 000 DOE
