About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Manager to join our client’s team in Cape Town. As part of a well-established luxury hospitality group, this role offers an opportunity to take ownership of a premium brand and drive growth through smart digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategy across all customer touchpoints
- Create and manage content calendar
- Brief and oversee designers and external agencies
- Ensure consistent branding across website, social media, and on-property collateral
- Drive direct booking growth through targeted digital strategies
- Manage social media (paid and organic), email marketing, SEO, and online advertising
- Host journalists and influencers, handle media relations, and manage crisis communications
- Create and distribute newsletters, mailers, and trade communications
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Marketing Manager role within high-end luxury travel, safari, or hospitality brand
- Demonstrable hands-on creative ability: content creation capability (blog writing, social media captions, website copy, photo and video shoots)
- Solid experience across digital marketing channels (website management, social media, email marketing, SEO, online advertising)
