About the Role
The Assistant Spa Manager is a key role in our pre-opening spa team, responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and ensuring alignment with brand standards and commercial objectives. This position requires a highly organised and guest-focused leader who can translate strategy into execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operational leadership of the Spa
- Ensure alignment with brand standards and commercial objectives
- Translate strategy into execution, ensuring operational excellence
- Maintain consistent service delivery across all spa functions
- Support business performance while maintaining full accountability for daily Spa operations
Requirements
- Beautifully groomed & professionally presentable
- Confident in English language (Speak, Read & Write)
- Formal, recognized 2 Year qualification in SPA / Beauty / Skin Care or Cosmetology (CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP accredited certification)
- Spa Management certification / training
- At least FIVE years in a senior therapist / assistant manager / spa supervisor role of a Cruise Ship Spa / Resort Spa or 5-star Hotel
