About the Role

Our client, an internationally recognised luxury regenerative retreat in the Franschhoek Valley, is seeking a skilled and intuitive Holistic Spa Therapist to join their wellness and guest experience team. This unique opportunity for a passionate healing professional to work within a deeply immersive hospitality environment focused on restoration, connection, and intentional living.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver deeply personalised holistic treatments including massage therapy, reflexology, body rituals, and wellness experiences aligned with the property’s philosophy of intuitive healing and regenerative hospitality.
  • Maintain serene and beautifully prepared treatment spaces, supporting the overall guest wellness journey.
  • Collaborate closely with guest experience and wellness teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain treatment stock, ensuring exceptional presentation standards.
  • Contribute positively to a nurturing and collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • Qualified Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or Holistic Healing Practitioner
  • Experience in massage therapy, reflexology, and holistic body treatments
  • Calm; professional, and guest-focused approach
  • Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
  • Ability to work intuitively while maintaining professionalism and boundaries

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications (e.g. diploma or degree in spa therapy, massage therapy, or holistic healing)

Salary & Benefits

Salary: R23,000 – R26,000 depending on experience. Permanent full-time position with opportunity for ongoing personal and professional growth within a luxury wellness environment.
