About the Role
Our client, a dynamic and high-growth consumer goods business operating within the South African beauty and lifestyle sector, is seeking a Performance Multimedia Designer to join their team. As the internal engine for creative production, you will be responsible for producing high-volume visual assets that drive results across paid media and social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-volume ad creatives, including static images, carousels, and short-form video for Meta.
- Edit fast-paced, platform-native Reels and TikTok-style content with a focus on “stopping power.”
- Rapidly iterate and repurpose content from shoots for various platforms and formats.
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s digital identity and lead packaging design for new ranges.
- Provide secondary support for social media scheduling and basic community interaction.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in multimedia design within an ecommerce, retail, or agency environment.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating skills in motion graphics, short-form video, and digital design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong proficiency in Canva for rapid asset generation.
- Candidates with a rigorous degree in Information Design or Multimedia are encouraged to apply.
