About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled General Manager (Hospitality) to join our client’s team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of ±45 staff, managing multiple departments, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of ±45 staff, including the management team
• Oversee 6 departments
• Lead and mentor a diverse team with excellent leadership and communication skills
• Develop and implement strategies to build a high-performance, service-driven culture
• Conduct game drives and guest activities
• Facilitate large-scale functions
• Maintain team morale in a live-in environment

Requirements

• Matric Certification
• Diploma in Management, Hospitality, or related qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
• Strong HR experience and dealing with disciplinaries
• Strong financial management experience
• Experience with property maintenance and facilities upkeep
• Proven ability to manage a team of ±45 staff
