Job Description
- Manage daily finished goods inventory operations
- Maintain accurate stock records using ERP/WMS systems
- Conduct cycle counts, wall-to-wall counts, and variance investigations
- Supervise inventory and warehouse staff
- Ensure FIFO compliance and efficient storage practices
- Support shop floor scanning and inventory-related system issues
- Compile inventory, KPI, and variance reports
- Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and regulatory standards

Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Management, or related field

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in inventory or warehouse management, including a supervisory role (FMCG experience preferred)

Proven experience working with ERP and/or WMS systems

Strong knowledge of inventory control principles

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
