Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hospitality My client is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead one of their flagship dining venues within a modern luxury hospitality environment. This role is ideal for a confident, service-driven leader who understands that outstanding restaurants are built on detail, discipline, and deeply personal guest experiences. About My Client My client operates a curated portfolio of luxury hospitality and dining destinations, defined by contemporary elegance, intuitive service, and world-class standards. The Role As Restaurant Manager, you will have full responsibility for the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring flawless service delivery, strong team leadership, and consistently exceptional guest experiences. You will lead from the floor, uphold luxury service standards (including Forbes and comparable benchmarks), and create an environment where both guests and team members feel genuinely cared for. Key Responsibilities Full operational leadership of the restaurant across service, floor operations, and guest experience Deliver consistent, high-level service aligned with Forbes and other luxury hospitality benchmarks Lead, train, and inspire service teams to deliver polished, warm, and intuitive hospitality Be highly visible on the floor, engaging with guests and leading service in real time Manage guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and confidence Maintain operational standards including rosters, service flow, cleanliness, and presentation Work shifts as required, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Collaborate closely with kitchen, beverage, and senior management teams About You Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Senior Floor Manager within luxury or fine-dining environments Strong understanding of luxury service standards, including Forbes benchmarks Highly guest-focused with a natural ability to read the room and personalise service Calm, organised, and decisive under pressure Strong leadership skills with high emotional intelligence Detail-oriented, polished, and passionate about service excellence Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to grow within a premium hospitality group Why Join Lead within a respected and growing luxury hospitality brand Opportunity to shape service culture and elevate guest experience Clear growth and development potential for high performers A values-driven environment focused on quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality If you are a hospitality professional who thrives in high-standard environments and believes that exceptional service is non-negotiable, we would love to hear from you.
