Bookkeeper req. for Co. in Sandton. Salary: Negotiable. Company looking for a detail-oriented & proactive Bookkeeper with strong skills to join their finance team. Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles.Debtors Management: Monitor & follow up on outstanding customer accounts to ensure timely payments.Creditors Management: Process supplier invoices & payments accurately & on time.Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, & reconciliations.Debt Collection: Proactively contact clients regarding overdue accounts using professional communication & persistence.Communication: Handle client & supplier queries with excellent telephone etiquette & written correspondence.Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports related to debtors, creditors & cash flow.Basic understanding of accounting principles & bookkeeping practices.Proven experience in debt collection & managing outstanding accounts.Professional telephone etiquette & strong interpersonal skills.Clear & effective verbal/written communication skills.Fast & accurate typing for efficient data entry & correspondence.Computer literacy, including Pastel/Sage, Excel, & MS Office.Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.If you meet the above requirements, please send your detailed CV.
