About the Role
You’ll be joining a well-established FMCG manufacturing and distribution group with a strong national footprint, diverse product streams, and high-volume operations. The business operates across multiple legal entities and requires strong financial leadership to drive control, visibility, performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Full financial management across multiple entities
- Monthly close, reporting and consolidation across business units
- Preparation and analysis of management accounts with executive-level insight
- Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cashflow management
- Financial governance, controls and compliance frameworks
- Multi-site financial oversight across two Johannesburg locations
- Intercompany accounting, reconciliations and reporting
- Audit coordination and statutory compliance
- Commercial finance support to operations and leadership teams
- Financial risk management and process improvement initiatives
- Strategic financial input into business planning and growth initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Finance/Accounting (BCom or equivalent)
- Proven FMCG experience 5+ years
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-entity finance structures
- Strong background in financial reporting, governance and compliance
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments
