About the Role

A reputable and growing manufacturing organisation based in Boksburg is seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Manager to lead and manage their finance department. This role is ideal for a CA(SA) who enjoys working in a hands-on, operational environment and has strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full finance function, including month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control within a manufacturing environment
Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
Lead audits and maintain strong internal control frameworks
Provide strategic financial insights to support operational and executive decision-making
Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team
Drive process improvements and system efficiencies across the finance function

Requirements

CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
Minimum of 5 years’ post-articles experience
3–4 years proven financial management/leadership experience
Strong experience within a manufacturing environment
Exposure to the full finance function is essential
Syspro and Cognos experience will be advantageous
