Job Summary

With a strong footprint in the market and a culture of continuous growth and innovation, our client is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead and manage the full financial function of the business.

Duties:

Oversee the full accounting function
Drive the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal reviews, reconciliations, and reporting
Provide financial insights and decision support to management, enabling strategic business decisions
Ensure compliance with IFRS, relevant tax legislation, and all financial regulations
Manage the company’s tax affairs
Liaise with auditors, SARS, and other regulatory bodies as required
Maintain strong internal controls and continuously improve financial processes

Education and experience:

BCom Accounting
At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the FMCG or manufacturing sector
Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax, and compliance

Job Summary

As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Preparing monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements.
Compiling Provisional and Full-Year Tax Packs.
Assisting with audit queries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Managing working capital, cashflow, and supplier relationships.
Leading and overseeing the finance department.
Forecasting, budgeting, and presenting financial insights.
Controlling the fixed asset register and overseeing depreciation schedules.
Managing monthly cost accruals, weekly cash budgets, and cash flows.
Ensuring accurate monthly close-off and roll-over procedures.
Reviewing and approving payments via the banking profile.
Approving supplier banking details, VAT, statutory payments, and journals.
Ensuring stock accuracy with manufacturing support.

What Do You Need?:

Minimum of 5 years in a similar financial management role.
Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
CA (SA), CIMA, or SAIPA registered professional.
Proficient in SAP or a similar ERP system.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Competent in MS Word and MS Outlook.

A manufacturing company is currently looking for a Financial Manager to join there financial team. The Finance Manager’s core duties include analyzing financial data, crafting budgets/forecasts, offering strategic guidance, mitigating risks, and ensuring financial objectives harmonize with the broader organizational goals to enhance profitability and business expansion. The ideal candidate must exhibit leadership qualities, foster financial and operational efficiencies, and shoulder responsibility for enhancing overall business performance.

As a Financial Manager you will responsible for the following:

Leading and overseeing financial accounting operations to support business expansion and monitor performance effectively.
Ensuring compliance with finance governance and driving continuous improvements within the finance function.
Providing detailed financial reports to illuminate business insights and aid decision-making, delivering regular management account reviews to executives.
Optimizing month-end closing processes through SOP implementation and leading cost-saving initiatives.
Enforcing strict adherence to group reporting timelines and financial standards.
Efficiently managing working capital, including overseeing debtor and supplier relationships and controlling stock.
Addressing capital expenditure needs, optimizing asset utilization, and conducting capex reporting and EVA modeling.
Supervising annual financial audits, overseeing tax calculations, and ensuring timely submission of budgets and forecasts to the group.
Engaging with finance team members for training, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering high team performance.
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the finance department.
Driving Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) and regularly reviewing and approving payroll reports.
Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and providing insights into manufacturing and product costing.
Facilitating the importation process.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Bcom in Finance
Completed Articles are preferred (SAICA / SAIPA / CIMA)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
Manufacturing industry experience is preferred

Job Summary

Are you a dynamic finance professional ready to take full ownership of the finance function in a fast-paced, product-driven environment?

Are you a qualified CIMA professional with 5+ years’ experience in a management role—someone who thrives in a hands-on setting and brings a strong understanding of the manufacturing or FMCG landscape?

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Preparing monthly management accounts
Costing, stock control, and inventory management
Reconciliations and variance analysis
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Qualifications:

BCom Accounting or related field
Completed CIMA is essential

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial management role
Previous exposure to a manufacturing environment is essential
Strong technical knowledge of management reporting, costing, and reconciliations

Job Summary

Our client, who is within the import industry is looking for a dynamic Financial Manager to help them scale smarter, grow faster, and make every number count. As a key member of the finance team, you’ll assist with financial planning, forecasting, and reporting with precision and flair, build and lead scalable financial strategies that fuel business growth and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure every department is financially fit.

Duties:

Analysis and Variance
General Ledger
Stock Management
Budgeting and Forecasting
Liaising with various stakeholders
Ensure full compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements

Education and Experience:

Minimum BCom Honours in Accounting
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
At least 2 years post article experience in a similar role
Management experience is essential
Strong understanding of retail/resale and analysis is essential

Skill:

Experience using MS Excel is essential

Job Summary

Our client, a leading imports company with decades of success, is seeking a forward-thinking Financial Manager to take the reins of their finance operations.
With a strong national presence and a reputation for excellence, this is more than a numbers role—it’s a chance to influence strategy, drive performance, and be part of a business that continues to shape the South African trade landscape.

Duties:

Lead and manage the full finance function across all regional operations
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
Stock management
Ensure full compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements
Financial analysis

Education and Experience:

BCom Honours in Accounting minimum
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in managing a team is essential
Strong understanding of retail/resale and analysis is essential
Experience using MS Excel is essential

Job Summary

As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Preparing monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements.
Compiling Provisional and Full-Year Tax Packs.
Assisting with audit queries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Managing working capital, cashflow, and supplier relationships.
Leading and overseeing the finance department.
Forecasting, budgeting, and presenting financial insights.
Controlling the fixed asset register and overseeing depreciation schedules.
Managing monthly cost accruals, weekly cash budgets, and cash flows.
Ensuring accurate monthly close-off and roll-over procedures.
Reviewing and approving payments via the banking profile.
Approving supplier banking details, VAT, statutory payments, and journals.
Ensuring stock accuracy with manufacturing support.

What Do You Need?:

Minimum of 5 years in a similar financial management role.
Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
CA (SA), CIMA, or SAIPA registered professional.
Proficient in SAP or a similar ERP system.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Competent in MS Word and MS Outlook.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the manufacturing or FMCG sector, and a proven ability to support business performance through robust financial planning and control.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
– Drive the costing function, ensuring accurate product costing, margin analysis, and inventory valuation
– Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly forecasts in collaboration with operational teams
– Provide insightful financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making
– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
– Ensure internal controls are maintained and continuously improved
– Manage and mentor a team within the finance department

Candidate Requirements:

– CA(SA) is essential
– Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in a similar financial management role
– Operational finance experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is essential
– Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budget preparation, and financial forecasting
– Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
– Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work effectively across departments and influence operational outcomes
