About the Role
Network Finance is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial management functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency in our organization. With 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industries, we are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the full financial management function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, controls, and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for executive review.
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial performance.
• Conduct cost analysis and support pricing strategies related to packaging materials and production.
• Manage audits, tax submissions, and regulatory reporting.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with banks, external auditors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditure, and risk management initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field – advantageous.
• Professional certification such as CIMA, ACCA, or similar is preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in financial management.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and production finance.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
