About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled German home-based consultant to join our team at Jai Search Consultancy. As a native-level fluent German speaker with excellent verbal and written skills, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch support to our clients. With 4 weeks of comprehensive training provided by us, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills further while working from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in German
- Provide written reports in German (advanced level may be considered)
- Utilize computer software and technical tools to manage client data
- Offer customer service support in a professional manner
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German language
- Excellent computer literacy and technical skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Qualifications
- Fibre internet line required for remote work
Salary & Benefits
