Please create a (free) account at and apply Role Overview We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong Mac proficiency and hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Suite. This role focuses on creating realistic retail mock-ups, digital animations, campaign visuals, and compelling client presentations. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual eager to grow within a fast-paced retail media environment. Key Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality visual assets for retail media campaigns Create realistic 2D and 3D mock-ups for in-store, digital, and POS environments Develop engaging digital animations and motion graphics Design client presentations (PowerPoint and/or Canva) Prepare artwork for print and digital platforms Assist in conceptual development for campaigns Adapt and resize artwork for multiple retail formats Collaborate with the creative and account teams to meet deadlines Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs Required Skills & Experience Technical Requirements Proficient on Mac OS Strong working knowledge of: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe Dimension (for realistic mock-ups) Adobe Premiere Pro Understanding of digital animation and motion design Ability to prepare print-ready files Strong layout and typography skills Advantageous Skills Canva proficiency PowerPoint design and presentation layout skills Basic After Effects knowledge Understanding of retail environments and POS displays Education Relevant Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field Recent graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply Personal Attributes Creative thinker with attention to detail Strong time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Team player with good communication skills Eager to learn and grow within the retail media industry Portfolio Requirement Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing: Mock-up work (retail or product-based preferred) Digital animations or video edits Presentation design examples Branding or layout projects What We Offer Opportunity to work on national retail brands Creative growth within a fast-paced agency Exposure to retail innovation and digital integration Collaborative and supportive team environment
