Production Planner
Seniority Level: Professional

Reporting to: Operations
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, cost, and implement customer projects
- Perform short-term and mid-term production plans
- Cost, estimate, and schedule materials, resources, and equipment
- Manage order status, planning, and forecasts
- Analyse order plans and critical timelines
- Collaborate with procurement and subcontractors
- Ensure on-time delivery and cost control

- Implement order management policies and guidelines
- Cost projects accurately and set targets
- Manage order operations performance
- Update production program and manage customer updates
- Prevent delays and achieve customer priorities
- Inform stakeholders about progress and risks
What You Bring
- Minimum Grade 12 or Equivalent Tertiary qualification
- National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience
- Exposure to CNC, lathes, and milling machines
- Experience in turbines, compressors, manufacturing, and refurbishment
- Proven track record in driving efficiency
- Advanced theoretical understanding and vocational experience
