About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled and experienced SAQCC Gas Suppression Commissioner to join their team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the inspection, testing, and maintenance of gas suppression systems in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and tests on gas suppression systems to ensure they are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on the findings of inspections and tests, and provide recommendations for any necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule inspections, tests, and maintenance activities.
- Provide training and guidance to clients and team members on the proper use and maintenance of gas suppression systems.
Requirements
- SAQCC Gas Suppression Commissioner certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the inspection, testing, and maintenance of gas suppression systems.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including SANS 14520 and SANS 306.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
