About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at HandPicked Recruitment. As a key member of our renewable energy project management team, you will be responsible for leading the planning and implementation of solar PV projects from initiation to completion. With a proven track record of managing large-scale solar PV projects, you will bring expertise in renewable energy technologies, Solar PV systems, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of renewable energy projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience within the solar, engineering, construction, or EPC environment.
• Proven experience managing Solar PV projects of 10MW+ (minimum 5MW).
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, Solar PV systems, and BESS.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
