About the Role
Marshall Engineering is seeking an experienced Installer foreman to lead a team of site installers for the installation of staircases, cat ladders, gates bollards and related structures in Pretoria North. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crew.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills and efficiency.
- Manage tools, equipment, and materials to minimize downtime.
- Report progress and issues to project managers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of installation experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, and metal fabrication techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
