About the Role

About the Role Join our professional fundraising team based in Australia, representing leading Australian and New Zealand based charities. This is a sales-based phone role , not customer service or admin. Youll be engaging with everyday Australians, inspiring them to commit to regular donations that change lives. Every call has meaning, every yes makes a difference. We expect focus, resilience, and hunger to hit and exceed KPIs. Additional bonuses paid for exceeding target expectations. This is not an entry-level customer-service role. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with everyday Australians via phone calls to inspire regular donations that change lives
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs
  • Develop strong verbal communication and listening skills to build trust and rapport
  • Manage time effectively to make a significant impact on fundraising targets

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience within a Call Centre (minimum 2 years)
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Reliable internet connection with backup options
  • Working computer or laptop with antivirus software
  • Availability to work Australian-based hours (AEST/AEDT, 5-7.5hr shifts)
