About the Role Join our professional fundraising team based in Australia, representing leading Australian and New Zealand based charities. This is a sales-based phone role , not customer service or admin. Youll be engaging with everyday Australians, inspiring them to commit to regular donations that change lives. Every call has meaning, every yes makes a difference. We expect focus, resilience, and hunger to hit and exceed KPIs. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with everyday Australians via phone calls to inspire regular donations that change lives
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs

Requirements
- Proven sales experience within a Call Centre (minimum 2 years)
- Fluency in English is required
- Reliable internet connection with backup options
- Working computer or laptop with antivirus software
- Availability to work Australian-based hours (AEST/AEDT, 5-7.5hr shifts)
