Job Description
- Matric Certificate
- 2+ years administrative experience
- Applicants must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office; specifically Excel
- Strong communication skills; fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Ability to multi-task; organised and able to maintain high level attention to detail
- Valid drivers’ license essential
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate would be required; but not limited to:
- Coordinate training for two major brands
- Maintaining correspondence, records and issuing training certificates upon completion
- Invoicing dealers and following up on same
- Arranging accommodation and logistics around same for trainers; maintaining communication with trainers at all times
- Attending to various administrative tasks within the branch, as and when required.
